The 2015 ASPPH Annual Meeting is March 22-25, 2015, at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, VA. The theme of the meeting is Framing the Future: A New Paradigm for Academic Public Health.

The 2015 ASPPH Annual Meeting is the premier forum for stimulating innovative thinking and sharing of new perspectives for deans, program directors, department chairs, faculty, staff, administrators, and students from CEPH-accredited schools and programs of public health and partners. The meeting includes plenary sessions, skill-building workshops, and opportunities for information sharing and networking. Attendees will engage with thought leaders, reflect on the exciting new future for academic public health, and gain skills to implement change locally and globally.

Registration

Online registration and housing for the 2015 ASPPH Annual Meeting is now closed. The deadline to register was Friday, February 27.

Onsite Registration will be available with the following guidelines:

  • Onsite registration for all general sessions on Monday and Tuesday will be available.
  • Onsite registration for the Knowledge Institutes (KI) on Sunday will be on a space-available basis only.
  • There will be no onsite registration for luncheon events on Monday and Tuesday.

Onsite Registration Fees: ASPPH-Member Institutions

There is no registration fee for attendees representing ASPPH-member institutions to attend general sessions and receptions at the Annual Meeting. Attendees registering onsite may not attend the luncheon events on Mon. or Tue.

Onsite Registration Fees: Non-Member Institutions 

Full Meeting Registration $400 – Includes all meetings on Sun., Mon., & Tue.
Combination Rates:
$350Two day rate for Mon. & Tue.
$250 – Two day rate for Sun. & Mon., or Sun. & Tue.
Daily Rates:
$200Mon. Only or Tue. Only
$100 – Sun. Only – 1/2 day Knowledge Institutes
Please note: Onsite registration for Sunday is on a space-available basis only. Onsite non-member registration fees do not include lunch on Mon. or Tue. Reception events are included.

Accommodations

The 2015 ASPPH Annual Meeting is at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, VA.

The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is sold out of rooms for the ASPPH group on the nights of March 22 and March 23. If you need a reservation for an alternate date you may click here to start your reservation or contact the hotel directly by calling (888) 421-1442. Any available rooms are $239/night.

There are still some rooms available at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City outside of our group block that are available through the hotel website.

Additionally, there a many hotels in Crystal City that are within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency which may have rooms available at a lower rate. The following are all within one mile of the host hotel:
