On January 27-28, the SOPHAS Advisory Council (SAC) met in Atlanta at the Emory University School of Public Health to discuss upcoming enhancements to SOPHAS and recruitment strategies admissions data analytics. The group was welcomed to Emory by Dean James Curran.
Dr. Kara Robinson, Associate Dean for Admissions and Student Affairs at Emory University Rollins School of Public Health hosted fellow SAC members, Dr. Mary Ann Smith, Assistant Dean of Students at the University of Texas School of Public Health, Ms. Sue Barrosse, Director of Admissions, Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, Mr. Adam Ancira-Corrigan, Director of Admissions and Student Life, University of Michigan School of Public Health, Ms. Crystal Saetern, Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment, University of California Berkeley School of Public Health, Ms. Emily Keily, Director of Admissions, Tufts University School of Medicine, Public Health Program, Dr. Joe Korevec, Senior Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and Ms. Lexie Just, Assistant Director, Master of Public Health Program, University of Iowa College of Public Health.
