The 2020 ASPPH Undergraduate Public Health and Global Health Education Summit will take place March 18, 2020 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA. This meeting is the only gathering of faculty and leaders representing undergraduate public health and global health higher education. The summit provides an opportunity for networking with peers, sharing best practices, learning from skill building workshops and plenary sessions led by leading experts. The program includes a variety of learning formats including plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, and skill-building workshops. We invite members of the Network to submit abstracts to present at the Summit. Visit the event page to learn more about the call for abstracts, registration, and general event details. Email email@example.com with questions.
ASPPH is proud to recognize excellence in undergraduate teaching at the Summit through the Riegelman Award. We are currently seeking nominations for full-time faculty with a primary appointment at a Network Member program and/or CEPH-accredited school or program of public health for this award. This award is made possible by a generous grant from Dr. Richard and Mrs. Linda Riegelman and acknowledges superb faculty members who have garnered respect and enthusiasm from undergraduate students for demonstrating exceptional teaching. Visit the award page for more information on criteria and eligibility, and to submit a nomination. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. with questions.
