Aging in Public Health Forum

The Aging Forum addresses gerontological and other issues of aging that will have an impact on the curriculum and management at ASPPH-member schools and programs of public health. Members are composed of representatives from ASPPH-member institutions having expertise or interest in the aging in public health.

The Career Services Forum addresses methods of assisting degree candidates in identifying optimal employment opportunities, and in relating the employment experiences of graduates to national and local funding issues. It facilitates coordinated efforts among ASPPH-member schools and programs of public health for counseling applicants and students about employment opportunities. Members are composed of representatives from ASPPH-member institutions having expertise or interest in career services.
Continuing Professional Education Forum

The Continuing Professional Education Forum addresses policy matters regarding continuing education activities at ASPPH-member schools and programs of public health. Such matters include funding, curricula, students, and other related issues. Additionally, the Forum brings together for discussion and action members of schools and programs of public health actively engaged in continuing education functions and programs. Members are composed of representatives from ASPPH-member institutions having expertise or interest in continuing professional education.
Development and Alumni Affairs Forum

The Development and Alumni Affairs Forum provides a forum where the planning, production, and evaluation of efforts related to the external relations of schools and programs of public health are freely shared and discussed. Interests addressed by this Forum include specific problems related to graduate school fundraising, external relations and student affairs, producing institutional publications, and advancing alumni , corporate and foundation relations. Members are composed of representatives from ASPPH-member institutions who are responsible for, or are interested in, obtaining private financial support and developing sound alumni relations.
Environmental and Occupational Health Forum

Learning Futures Forum

The Learning Futures Forum is charged with investigating the feasibility of delivering technology-supported education in public health as a part of the mission of ASPPH-member schools and programs of public health. Technology-supported education may be disseminated as degree programs, certificate programs, or in other formats. Members are composed of representatives from ASPPH-member institutions having expertise or interest in distance education.
Marketing and Public Relations Forum

The Forum on Marketing and Public Relations provides a forum for strategic problem solving and sharing best practices related to marketing initiatives at ASPPH member schools and programs of public health. The objective is to increase the visibility of public health and public health career opportunities for persons obtaining graduate degrees in public health.
Student Services Forum

The Student Service Forum addresses recruitment strategies, admissions processes, financial aid, student counseling, student affairs, student placements, and diversity. Members are composed of representatives from the ASPPH-member institutions having expertise or interest in student services.
SOPHAS and Student Recruitment Forum
