You are invited to participate in an evaluation of how schools and programs of public health are using The Guide to Community Preventive Services (The Community Guide) in coursework. ASPPH and the CDC Community Guide Branch developed the evaluation, which has been reviewed and sanctioned for distribution to ASPPH members by the ASPPH Data Advisory Committee.

Your participation is encouraged whether or not you are familiar with The Community Guide or use it in your coursework. It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous. You may access the evaluation at this link.

The Community Guide is an essential resource for people who want to know what works in public health. It provides evidence-based findings from the Community Preventive Services Task Force about public health programs, services, and policies to improve health and promote safety. Results from this evaluation will provide information for improving dissemination efforts of future findings to schools and programs of public health.

Thank you very much for taking the time to complete this evaluation. For more information, contact Ms. Christine Plepys at cplepys@aspph.org.
