Webinar attendees will learn about the Public Health Associate Program (PHAP), a two-year, paid, competency-based training program with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. PHAP associates are assigned to public health agencies and non-governmental organizations around the country. The BEST FIT Model describes the characteristics of the ideal PHAP candidate. The 2017 application cycle for PHAP candidates is open in the beginning of January; specific dates will be posted to the PHAP website once finalized.
