Award from Highway Safety Conference Given to Drexel Epidemiology Master’s Student

Ms. Meghan Kirk, a second year student in the Master’s of Epidemiology program at Drexel University’s Dornsife School of Public Health, won an award from the Lifesavers National Conference on Highway Safety Priorities to attend their upcoming meeting and present her poster, “Racial and ethnic differences in licensing and police-reported crashes among adolescents and young adults.” Ms. Kirk is conducting this data analysis Master’s project in partnership with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She will present her findings at the Lifesavers Conference in Long Beach, CA, in early April.
