BU Observes World Malaria Day

Boston University Malaria Evaluation Work: The Center for Global Health and Development (CGHD) at Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH) was tasked with the external evaluation of the Roll Back Malaria Partnership Independent External Evaluation (RBM). The RBM Partnership was launched in 1998 by the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and The World Bank to mobilize action and resources, forge consensus, and coordinate efforts in the worldwide fight against malaria. CGHD conducted the external evaluation of RBM through selective document review, stakeholder interviews, country visits, and electronic surveys of RBM partners. This award comes on the heels of the center's external evaluations of the President's Malaria Initiative (PMI) and the Malaria Control and Evaluation Partnership in Africa (MACEPA).
