Five researchers with appointments at Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH) are among “the world’s most influential scientific minds,” according to the 2015 Thomson Reuters list of most-cited researchers.
Dean Dr. Sandro Galea, MD, MPH,DrPH is listed in the category of “Social Sciences, General.”
The “Clinical Medicine” category includes four SPH professors:
Dr. Martin Larson, SD is research professor of biostatistics at BUSPH, research professor of mathematics & statistics at the Boston University College of Arts & Sciences (BU CAS), and research associate professor of medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine (BU MED). Dr. Emelia J. Benjamin, MD, ScM is professor of epidemiology at BUSPH and professor of medicine at BU MED. Dr. Ralph B. D’Agostino Sr., PhD is professor of epidemiology at BUSPH, professor of mathematics & statistics and executive director of the biostatistics program at BU CAS, and professor at the Boston University School of Law. Dr. Vasan S. Ramachandran, MD is professor of epidemiology at BUSPH and professor and chief of the BU MED Section of Preventive Medicine and Epidemiology.
