Healthiest Nation 2030: Join the Movement! Join #ColoradoSPH for #NPHW!
During the first full week of April each year, the American Public Health Association brings communities together across the United States to celebrate National Public Health Week
(NPHW) so that we can all:
- Recognize the contributions of public health!
- Highlight public health issues that are important to improving our nation!
In addition to campus-wide events on all three of our partner campuses (CU Anschutz, CSU and UNC), ColoradoSPH is participating in a number of local and national events and activities that are organized by our public health partners like the Colorado Public Health Association and the American Public Health Association.
Join the NPHW Community Events that we are co-sponsoring!
Kick off National Public Health Week with a fun-filled morning at National Public Health Day at the Capitol! Breakfast and materials will be provided for those who RSVP by Wednesday, March 29. Join the Colorado Public Health Association (CPHA), Colorado Society for Public Health Education, ColoradoSPH, Colorado Environmental Health Association and the Public Health Nurses Association of Colorado (PHNAC) to learn the basics of the legislative process and how to communicate with your legislator!
