During Bradley’s three-year appointment, she will advise the scientific community, cancer organizations, federal agencies and the general public on issues of cancer policy.
“It is an honor to weigh evidence in critical cancer policy issues. The topics considered have national importance for the prevention and management of cancer in populations. I bring an economic, health services, and population health perspective to the committee. These issues affect all patients and people at risk for cancer, regardless of cancer site or stage and have a tremendous impact on nation’s health,” Dr. Bradley says.
