Drexel Faculty Co-Authors Report on Pesticides and Endometriosis

Dr. Anneclaire De Roos, an associate professor at the Drexel University School of Public Health, was a coauthor of the article “Organochlorine Pesticides and Risk of Endometriosis: Findings from a Population-Based Case-Control Study”, which was published in Environmental Health Perspectives. The objective of the study discussed in this article was to investigate the risk of endometriosis, which is considered an estrogen-dependent disease, in relation to environmental exposure to organochlorine pesticides (OCPs).
