Drexel Finds Prescription Drug Misuse, Risk Behaviors among Young Injection Drug Users

Dr. Kristen Johnson, a graduate of the doctoral program in the department of epidemiology and biostatistics, is the lead author on a new article titled “Prescription Drug Misuse and Risk Behaviors Among Young Injection Drug Users,” published online in the Journal of Psychoactive Drugs. Coauthors include Dr. Stephen Lankenau, associate professor in the department of community health and prevention, Ms. Meghan Fibbi, 2011 MPH graduate, Ms. Debra Langer, DrPH student in the department of community health and prevention, and Ms. Karol Silva, a former staff member in the department of community health and prevention.
