ASPPH Presents Webinar: The MPH Degree: Transitioning to 21st Century Models

The ASPPH Education Committee offers another opportunity for members to explore innovations in the MPH degree after release of the Framing the Future MPH expert panel report in 2014.  After a brief introduction from a joint ASPPH and Council on Education for Public Health representative, member faculty presented on new developments at their two schools of public health that are assisting in preparing their graduates for 21st century practice.  One speaker discussed the development and planned implementation of an integrated MPH core curriculum and the other presented on results from the revised curriculum and capstone for an MPH health behavior concentration.

The webinar offered the opportunity for questions and answers with participants and an open discussion of the issues that emerged.
