On October 28, Milken Institute School of Public Health (Milken Institute SPH) at the George Washington University will welcome Dr. Armin Fidler, lead advisor for health policy and strategy with the Human Development Network of the World Bank, for its annual Southby Lecture in Global Health Policy.
Dr. Fidler’s lecture will focus on the “Health System Challenges in The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Countries.” The OECD, officially established in 1961, was developed to bring world government leaders together to promote peace through cooperation. Leaders from the 34 member countries worldwide work together to identify problems, discuss and analyze them, and promote policies to solve them.
