Author Tom Pelton of the book “The Chesapeake in Focus: Transforming the Natural World” and host of the public radio program, The Environment in Focus,” will speak at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health on Friday May 11.
His talk is titled “What Works and Does Not Work in Chesapeake Bay Cleanup: An Examination of Old School Environmentalism vs. Desperate Environmentalism Over the Last Half Century.”
