Johns Hopkins: Co-Hosts 12th Annual Women’s Health Research Symposium Monday, May 13

The twelfth annual Johns Hopkins Women’s Health Research Symposium will take place at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health on Monday, May 13. The theme is “Lost Women: Setting a Research Agenda to Eliminate Maternal Mortality.”

The Bloomberg School is co-sponsoring the event with Johns Hopkins schools of Nursing and  Medicine and two Bloomberg School-based centers, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Equity and the Johns Hopkins Center for Women’s Health, Sex and Gender Research.

Speakers include:

Dr. Elizabeth Howell, MD, Director, The Blavatnik Family Women’s Health Research Institute, Mount Sinai Health System

Ms. Christy Turlington Burns, MPH, Founder, Every Mother Counts
