SUNY Albany Webcast: The Importance of Maternal Immunization

University at Albany School of Public Health’s Center for Public Health Continuing Education will host a free, live webcast, The Importance of Maternal Immunization, Thursday, July 21, 2016, from 9 am to 10 am Eastern.  This webcast review current recommendations and best practices for maternal immunization, the benefits of immunization against influenza and Tdap, as well as recommendations for putting successful prenatal immunization programs into practice.   The broadcast will feature Rhoda Sperling, MD, professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science and Infectious Disease Medicine, Mount Sinai Medical Center and Elizabeth Rausch-Phung, MD, MPH, director, Bureau of Immunization, New York State Department of Health.
