Temple: Conversations in Public Health, Research Day, Lunch and Learns Highlight Public Health Week Events

Temple University College of Public Health has announced a host of events in celebration of National Public Health Week, April 1-7, including a lunch and learn series on a number of public health topics corresponding with this year’s National Public Health Week themes, the college’s annual Research Day, and a conversation with Ms. Maiken Scott, host and reporter for WHYY’s weekly health and science show, The Pulse.

In addition, alumni will gather for Voices of Owls in the Community, a panel discussion that explores the many dimensions of public health presented by distinguished alumni who are dedicated to addressing public health challenges at the local, state, national and international level.

Registration is required for lunch and learn series (open to College of Public Health students, faculty and staff only), Voices of Owls in the Community, and Conversations in Public Health with Ms. Maiken Scott.
