UAlbany: Webcast on Pharmacists & Diabetes/Cardiovascular Disease Management

The University at Albany’s Center for Public Health Continuing Education presents Public Health Live!, a monthly webcast on current public health issues. The January webcast will demonstrate how the indispensable role of the pharmacist rounds out a health care team.

After viewing the webcast, participants will be able to describe the role of pharmacists on care teams, list ways to support medication management for people with diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol, and identify evidence-based community programs for these individuals.
