Dr. Ronald Rozensky, a professor emeritus of clinical and health psychology at the University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions, has been named the 2019 recipient of the Raymond D. Fowler Award for Outstanding Contributions to the American Psychological Association (APA). He will be recognized at a ceremony during the association’s annual convention this summer in Chicago.
The award recognizes a member who has had made a significant and enduring impact on the organization and who has shown a clear dedication to advancing the APA’s mission. Dr. Rozensky is the recipient of several honors from the APA, including the award for Distinguished Contributions to Institutional Practice and the award for Distinguished Career Contributions to Education and Training in Psychology. He currently serves as chair of the APA’s Policy and Planning Board.
