Georgia State PhD Student Contributes to Uniform Definition of Bullying

Ms. Alana Vivolo-Kantor, a part-time doctoral student expected to graduate in 2016 from the PhD program at the Georgia State University School of Public Health, was co-lead on the development and second author on the “Uniform Definition of Bullying” recently issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Ms. Vivolo-Kantor is currently a health scientist in the division of violence prevention, National Center for Injury Prevention and Control at the CDC.
