UMPHTC, under the direction of Dr. Tanya Uden-Holman, was recognized as an indispensable partner for the PCA and its member health centers in developing tools to assist with workforce retention. In particular, the center was lauded for the development of the PCA’s Resource and Training Center. This web-based resource includes a self-assessment tool organized into 16 domains and a related listing of resources and trainings to build staff capabilities within each domain.
UMPHTC is funded by a grant from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration.
