Johns Hopkins Research Says Millions of Maternal, Newborn and Child Lives Could Be Saved by Scaling Up Low-cost Interventions

Dr. Robert Black, professor in the department of international health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Dr. Zulfiqar A. Bhutta, of the Sick Kids Center for Global Child Health and Aga Khan University, report in the New England Journal of Medicine on how to achieve rapid decreases in maternal, child, and newborn mortality by 2020.
