Ms. Reynalda Davis, a student in the Master of Health Administration Program at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health, was selected to attend the American Hospital Association Leadership Summit while supported by a competitive scholarship from the AHA Institute for Diversity and Health Equity. For two years running, Ms. Davis has gained on-the-job skills as an intern in the AHA Institute for Diversity and Health Equality’s Summer Enrichment program.

Of her experience at the Leadership Summit, Davis said ” While there I was exposed to leaders and seminars on board of trustee strategies, Catholic hospitals’ growth and challenges, diversity and inclusion of clinical staff, and the fabulous shores of sunny San Diego.”
Ms. Davis was also recently featured in the Catholic Health World article “Minority graduate students in health administration learn the difference mission makes.”
