Kentucky: MHA Students Honored at Kentucky Hospital Association Annual Convention

Two students in the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health are recipients of scholarships from the Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA) Foundation.

Ms. Christen Sikora, a native of Southlake, Texas, received the Outstanding First-Year Student scholarship. Mr. Lucas Brooks, a native of Pineville, KY, was honored as the Outstanding Graduating Student. These competitive awards are made annually to students enrolled in one of Kentucky’s three MHA programs. Ms. Sikora and Mr. Brooks received the awards at the 90th Annual Convention of the KHA, held May 8-10, in Lexington, KY. Both award presentations were made by Ms. Clint Kaho, president of the Kentucky chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives and president of Baptist Health LaGrange.
