The Kolker Advocacy Fellowship was established by family, friends and colleagues to commemorate the legacy of health policy pioneer, Ms. Ann Kolker. The selected fellow will have a unique opportunity to help advance ovarian cancer research and policy through grassroots and legislative advocacy, and patient engagement working for one year at the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance’s Washington,DC office. The Kolker fellow will receive training and guidance from the vice president of policy and other seasoned professionals at the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.
The Kolker Fellow is open to recent graduates (including Spring 2019 graduates) with a minimum of a master’s degree in the field of public health, public policy or a related discipline. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and should have an interest in policy advocacy.
