ASPPH is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity for our members through our Academic Partnerships to Improve Health cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC):
Building Capacity and Increasing Awareness of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) in U.S. Territories and Freely Associated States to Assess and Improve CKD Testing and Care Coordination Among At-Risk Populations.
There will be one award for this project with total project funding of $71,100. The project duration is one year and anticipated to begin in July 2021. Per our cooperative agreement with CDC, U.S. institutions who are full ASPPH members are eligible to apply through this funding mechanism.
