The Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) and the de Beaumont Foundation examined the growth trends in undergraduate public health education over the past two decades. Using data from the National Center for Education Statistics, the results show that public health is now one of the fastest growing undergraduate majors in the United States, and the number of institutions that offer this degree has also grown substantially over the last 20 years.
