Promoting Safe Voting Amidst the Pandemic

ASPPH has joined the leadership group of the VoteSafe Public Health Coalition. VoteSafe is a non-partisan coalition of election administrators and organizations that endorse the principle that every American has the right to vote safely amidst the pandemic. Our goal is to ensure the safety of all voters as they exercise their constitutional right. We are committed to ensuring that the right to vote safely transcends politics and partisanship. The VoteSafe Public Health website is now live and features resources for use by public health professionals. The coalition is developing a suite of social media and communication tools that we will share with you over the next few weeks for your use locally. VoteSafe is being co-chaired by former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge and former Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm.
