ASPPH and its Framing the Future Task Force have convened an expert panel composed of members from a wide variety of clinical and nonclinical professional disciplines and professional associations. The panel was created with growing recognition that improving health outcomes will require increased attention to population health in the education and practice of all professions. Convened in February 2014, the panel’s goal is to propose key themes, context, design elements, content, or frameworks for professional education addressing population health in the education of clinical and nonclinical professionals. The panel will also reflect on the context of dual degree programs. The report will be included as part of the overall work of the Framing the Future Task Force.
Thank you to those who provided comments on the panel’s draft report between December 22, 2014 and January 26, 2015.
Stay tuned for the final report to be released March 2015.
