Texas A&M Alumni Named Executive Director of Texas Health Institute

Mr. Ankit Sanghavi, a graduate of the Texas A&M School of Public Health, has been named executive director of the Texas Health Institute. Previously, he served as director of the Texas Health Institute’s Community and Oral Health Program.

The Texas Health Institute is a non-profit public health institute with a mission to improve the health of all people and their communities. For the past 53 years, the Institute has worked through research, education, and collaboration to improve health care access, develop the health workforce, and to develop innovative health solutions with local, state, and national partners.

Before joining the Texas Health Institute, Mr. Sanghavi worked at the Williamson County and Cities Health District, where he directed the public health practice review process measuring the impact of agency programs.
