Dr. Heather Clark has been named director of public health practice at the Texas A&M School of Public Health. She will have primary responsibility for facilitating, promoting and linking academic and practice partners for public health practice efforts within the school. She will also lead practicum experience efforts, working with department practicum coordinators to ensure quality experiences and outcomes for students. Dr. Clark is a research assistant professor and formerly served as assistant director of the Center for Community Health Development. Her research focuses on improving population health through community health partnerships and program evaluation.
