Dr. Jennifer Griffith has been appointed associate dean for Academic Affairs at the Texas A&M School of Public Health. She will report to the dean and have primary responsibility for the quality of instructional programs, including the curriculum, accreditation expectations, and instructional technology. Dr. Griffith will also lead school-wide discussions on developing consensus regarding the evolving direction of our instructional programs with the common goal of achieving outstanding student success.
“I have continued to be very impressed with Dr. Griffith’s deep and consistent commitment to student success and assessment, and am confident under her leadership, our school’s instructional programs and our partnership with the accreditation process will continue to excel,” said Dean John August.
Since 2015, Dr. Griffith served as Associate Dean of Public Health Practice where she provided leadership in facilitating, promoting and linking academic and practice partners in sustained public health partnerships.
