Each year for the past 12 years, the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) has given health care management students a real-life, real-time case to solve for a health care facility. This year, the team from the Texas A&M School of Public Health (SPH) placed in the top 6 (the finals) at the 2019 UAB Health Administration Case Competition among 39 teams.
“Our students demonstrated that they can compete with the nation’s best. I am very proud of their accomplishment; their dedication and ability are incredible,” said Dr. Murray Côté, associate professor and director of the Master of Health Administration (MHA) Program.
The SPH team was comprised of resident track MHA students Mr. Michael Baker, Ms. Dulari Patel, Ms. Angela Dillon, and Mr. Shaun Thomas Kurian.Tags: Friday Letter Submission
